Acceptable identification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a UMID card, driver's license, Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by plus777asia may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account only on plus777asia. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or via different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and not misleading. plus777asia relies on the accuracy of this information for regulatory compliance purposes.

KYC Verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal request. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, plus777asia's aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your plus777asia Account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

plus777asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform for scheduled or emergency maintenance; (c) delays or failures caused by Philippine banking infrastructure, e-wallet providers, or telecommunications networks outside plus777asia's direct control; or (d) actions of third-party game suppliers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

plus777asia reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• A request or directive from PAGCOR or another competent Philippine authority;
• Detection of a prohibited technical exploit or cheating behavior;
• Creation of duplicate accounts by the same individual;
• Detection that the account holder is under 21 years of age.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting plus777asia support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance net of outstanding wagering requirements will be returned to your registered payment method within 14 calendar days, subject to completion of any outstanding verification. Bonus balances not subject to completed wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Where account termination is initiated by plus777asia due to a Terms violation, any balance forfeiture will be proportionate to the nature and severity of the violation and communicated to you in writing. You may appeal such decisions by contacting plus777asia through official support channels.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, transaction, or platform action, you must first contact plus777asia support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. plus777asia will endeavor to respond to formally submitted disputes within seven (7) business days. The Platform's technical logs and game provider records constitute primary evidence in any dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with plus777asia support, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the licensing and regulatory authority. Escalation to PAGCOR is subject to the procedures and timelines set by that body.

Both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of disputes before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — plus777asia will provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following: a notice displayed on the Platform at login, an email to your registered address, or a notification within your account dashboard.

Where changes are non-material (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or adjustments required by PAGCOR regulation), such changes may take effect immediately upon publication without prior individual notice.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account before the effective date of the change.
